Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational team who are responsible for the overall compliance of housing association property stock.
The Compliance Manager will ensure that the stock is within government guidelines and compliance with periodic checks. This will involve working closely with management teams to review services and ensuring that all necessary checks are carried out.
The ideal candidate will have a foundation degree or level 5 industry equivalent and working knowledge of housing compliance. They will also have experience of leading a team of gas and electrical trades and IT literacy and excellent communication skills.
