Aircraft Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Build Recruitment. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational team is compliant with government guidelines and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the operational team to ensure compliance with housing association property stock regulations.
- Lead a team of gas and electrical trades to ensure compliance with periodic checks.
- Work closely with management teams to review services and ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to the team on compliance procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A foundation degree or level 5 industry equivalent.
- Working knowledge of housing compliance and experience of auditing property stock.
- Experience of leading a team of gas and electrical trades.
- IT literacy and excellent communication skills.
- A full UK driving license.
