Aircraft Compliance Officer

Elevate Projects Ltd is partnering with a reputable local provider of affordable housing and not-for-profit developer in Cornwall to appoint an experienced Compliance Manager to their Buy Assets & Investment team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the legislative compliance of the portfolio of properties concerning Fire Safety and Legionella, managing a small technical team and appointed contractors to ensure works are completed to agreed timescales, budgets, and quality standards.
- Review fire risk assessments for buildings to identify potential fire hazards and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and local codes.
- Ensure fire alarms, fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, and smoke detectors are installed, inspected, and maintained properly.
- Conduct regular checks to confirm that all fire safety equipment is functional and up-to-date.
