We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our Property Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety compliance across our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all teams are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety procedures and best practices.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of health and safety compliance, including incident reports and audit findings.
- Level 5 qualification in a construction-related discipline.
- Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a property maintenance sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to health and safety risks.
- Full driving license and ability to travel to various sites as required.
