About the Role

Elevate Projects Ltd is seeking a skilled professional to join their Energy Efficiency team as a Retrofit Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of trades responsible for energy efficiency upgrades to existing properties, including the installation of Solar PV, Heat Pumps, LED Lighting, and Boilers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organise a team of trades responsible for energy efficiency upgrades
  • Coordinate the installation of energy-efficient technologies, including Solar PV, Heat Pumps, LED Lighting, and Boilers
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with the Energy Efficiency team to develop and implement energy-saving strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in managing teams and coordinating projects
  • Knowledge of energy-efficient technologies and their applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
