Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Sutton. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a school environment, providing a solid foundation for their professional journey in psychology, counseling, or social work.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a nurturing and positive learning environment, manage behavior, and support students individually and in small groups
  • Collaborate with teachers to provide additional support for students' social, emotional, and academic growth

Requirements:
  • A degree in Psychology or related field
  • A passion for working with young people and eagerness to learn and develop within a school setting
  • Previous experience in education or youth support is desirable but not essential
