We are seeking a talented Education Support Specialist to join our team at an excellent secondary school in Harrow, London. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students across KS3, KS4, and KS5, assisting them with their learning and contributing to initiatives that improve learning outcomes.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting teaching staff in the classroom, delivering lessons, and managing student behavior. You will also have opportunities to work closely with teachers to develop engaging lesson plans and materials.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need a degree (2:1 or above) in a relevant subject and strong organisational and IT skills. You should also have a passion for education and commitment to inclusion.
