We are seeking an experienced Special Education Professional to join our team at Horizon Teachers in Bromley, London. This is a permanent opportunity starting January 2025.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) while collaborating with support staff and specialists to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages personal growth, emotional well-being, and academic achievement.
- Carefully track and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and reports to inform future interventions and support strategies.
- Utilize effective behaviour management techniques, de-escalation strategies, and positive reinforcement approaches to create a harmonious and productive learning atmosphere.
This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
