Secondary Education Specialist Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Linguistics Graduate to join our team in Richmond as a Secondary Education Specialist. As a Secondary Education Specialist, you will have the opportunity to inspire and support students' academic growth while developing your teaching skills.

**Estimated Annual Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000, paid weekly via PAYE.

**Job Duties:**
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Secondary Education Specialist to join our team. As a Secondary Education Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering engaging literacy lessons, leading intervention sessions, and providing one-to-one and group support tailored to students' needs. You will also assist in creating innovative resources that enhance learning experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Deliver engaging literacy lessons for secondary and sixth-form students.
  • Lead intervention sessions to enhance students' language confidence and academic performance.
  • Provide one-to-one and group support tailored to students' needs.

**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Linguistics or a related field (Minimum 2:1) from a UK university, strong teamwork and communication skills, and a passion for education and aspirations to train as a teacher.
