We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Elderly Person's Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Lancashire. The role is a 3-6 month contract, working 37.5 hours per week.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage a caseload of elderly adults with mental health conditions, including dementia, depression, anxiety, and psychosis. This will involve conducting initial assessments and ongoing reviews of patients, updating care plans to reflect evolving needs, implementing timely interventions in collaboration with other professionals and services, documenting medication administration accurately, and monitoring patients for side effects and adverse reactions to medications.
What You'll Need:
To be successful in this role, you must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC pin. The estimated salary for this position is £25-32 per hour, based on the location and industry standards.
