The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Elderly Care Coordinator to join our team, who will be responsible for co-ordinating the member assessment process, conducting one-to-one meetings and yearly performance reviews with staff, and developing and executing daily programming for members.

You will also provide daily coaching and support to Care Assistants as needed.

Salary: £17/hour
