As a Sales Advisor at T. Quality, you will play a key role in driving business growth through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales revenue and implement strategies to achieve this goal.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
- Perform administrative tasks as required to support sales efforts.
We offer a competitive salary of £23,796 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses (OTE circa £26k), in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
