Demand Planning Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Transformation Lead to join our Strategy & Operational Excellence team at Waters Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving improvements to process and system improvements related to demand planning and forecasting feeding into an enterprise-wide state-of-the-art IBP process.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of demand planning and forecasting processes, including the development of a prioritized roadmap of changes to be introduced.
- Establish and lead a cross-functional team of subject-matter experts from business and technology backgrounds to drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with functional leaders across functions and sites to develop a deep understanding of current processes and systems.
- Identify best practices to be adopted into current business processes and design and validate proposed changes.
- Deploy new processes and functionality, leveraging data science approaches to drive business value.
- Measure adoption and adherence, execute interventions to drive increased adoption and adherence where necessary.
- Collaborate with stakeholders outside of Global Operations to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise, including master data governance and enterprise IT systems.
- Solid, progressive experience in supply chain planning, finance, or operations, including working knowledge of one or more specific areas, such as demand planning or finance.
- Experience building and managing cross-functional teams, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results.
- Process discovery, design, and implementation experience, with a strong understanding of SAP capabilities, specifically SAP ECC and APO DP.
- Experience designing and deploying SAP-based processes and functionality, with a strong appreciation of UX best practices.
- Strong project management skills, with experience creating and executing multi-disciplinary projects.
- Strong influencing skills, with a proven ability to work across organizational boundaries driving change and harmonization across a global organization.
