Care Home Training Consultant

Paying up to £40,000 based on £35,000 salary and £5,000 car + benefits.
- £35K Basic Salary, £5K Car Allowance, Contributory Pension and Healthcare Scheme, internal Benefits 25x days Annual Leave plus 8x Bank Holidays.
This training role covers the regions of Manchester, Cheshire, Bolton, Salford, Greater Manchester, Warrington, Rochdale, and Sheffield.
Key Aspects:We are looking for a skilled Learning and Development / People Development manager/trainer, L&D consultant, and training officer with experience in nursing home or care home training and Health & Social Care client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering training in care homes/nursing homes or health and social care and have successfully implemented training programs in multi-site environments.
Core Duties:- Conduct training sessions at multiple locations.
- Keep track of training attendance and progress records.
- Work closely with our team to ensure training materials are current and applicable.
- Offer feedback and coaching to trainers and learners when required.
- Travel to various sites for training sessions.
The successful applicant will be reimbursed for mileage and overnight stays. A contributory pension and healthcare scheme, as well as 25x annual leave and 8x bank holidays, are also offered.
