About the Role


We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Specialist to provide high-quality support and care to our service user. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting her daily routines, engaging in her hobbies, and providing essential care throughout the day.



Key Responsibilities



  • Supporting daily routines including personal care and medication administration
  • Engaging in hobbies and activities that bring joy to our service user
  • Providing essential care and support throughout the day
  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication administration skills
  • Personal care skills
  • Moving and handling skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Estimate


The estimated salary for this role is approximately £15.38 per hour, based on a 12-hour shift. Enhanced rate applies on Bank holidays.
