Job Summary

This role involves visiting clients in their homes, providing personalized care and support to meet their individual needs. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and dignity of our clients, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a caring and empathetic approach to supporting vulnerable adults. You must also have access to a vehicle insured in your name with Class A Business Insurance and reside within Salford or surrounding areas.

What We Offer

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £9.50-£11.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and opportunities for career development within our organization.

Working Hours

You will be required to work a minimum of 2 evenings and alternative weekends, with core hours between 8am-1pm and 4:45pm-9:30pm. There may be opportunities to increase hours beyond these times, subject to client demand.

Qualifications and Experience

Formal care experience is not necessary, but a passion for caregiving and a willingness to learn are essential. You must have a valid GCSE level English or equivalent and be able to provide references that demonstrate your reliability, trustworthiness, and respect for others.

About the Role

This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as you will be working in clients' homes and engaging in activities such as walking, lifting, and bending. You must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing situations.
