HR Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR & Admin Supervisor to join our team at LGMG. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing recruiting strategies, preparing salary structures, and developing local HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent;
- Prepare and implement salary structures and local payroll processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and local laws;
- Develop and administer local training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge;
- Partner with functional and operational leaders to complete performance management and talent management cycles;
- Implement document management, official stamp, and office management systems;
- Transition LGMG company culture to local teams and improve engagement and satisfaction;
- Foster effective communication between employees and location management to resolve employee relations issues.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a related field;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with a strong understanding of local laws and regulations;
- More than 2 years of experience in HR and administrative management positions;
- Strong learning ability and fluency in both Chinese and English;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
