Job Title: Service Coordinator Asset Management

At Buckinghamshire Council, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Coordinator Asset Management to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Property and Assets service area, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational management to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction, operational management, and financial control for our Corporate Property and Assets service areas. You will ensure high performance and alignment with the Council's goals, embedding a customer-focused culture, managing relationships with partners, and efficiently managing budgets and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Corporate Property and Assets service areas.
  2. Ensure close collaborative working with the Service Director of Commercial Property and Regeneration.
  3. Ensure high performance and alignment with the Council's goals.
