Role Overview

As a Wait Staff Assistant at Retirement Villages Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive outstanding service during meal times.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with seating and provide menus, taking care to accommodate any dietary requirements or preferences
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using clear communication to ensure resident satisfaction
  • Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining a clean and organized dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure seamless service operation
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to residents throughout their meal, responding promptly to their needs and concerns

Approximate hourly rate: £17.50
