Educational Assistant - Berkhamsted

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educational Assistant to support our teaching staff at Berkhamsted Pre-Prep School. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 childcare qualification and excellent communication skills.

  • Work closely with teachers to develop engaging lesson plans and activities.
  • Support children with their learning, including reading, writing, and maths.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing materials and records.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
