Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

Find My Staff Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Assist with training new staff members and provide ongoing support and guidance
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the restaurant and kitchen
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop and implement new ideas and initiatives
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
