Key Account Manager

At Resideo, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our most important clients, understanding their business needs, and promoting our company's solutions to achieve mutual benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers to increase revenue and market share.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Provide technical training and support to customers and the branch network to meet company objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and innovations through regular training and product seminars.
- Proven track record of success in sales roles, particularly in the Smart Home, Fire & Security, and AV industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all levels.
- Experience working with large accounts and a clean driving license.
