As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for owning the strategic relationship with key customers, managing multiple assignments/projects, and driving revenue growth through effective account management and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities- Full commercial responsibility for the retention, revenue, and margin performance of your designated customer portfolio
- Manage multiple assignments/projects in a complex, fast-paced B2B business environment
- Responsible for presenting winning strategic proposals to and managing tender cycles and planning for all bid responses

- Proven ability to successfully negotiate logistic contracts and price increase negotiation techniques
- Proven proficiency in creating, analyzing, and disseminating clear and concise financial reports with commercial context
- Proven success in client implementation programs and client exit management, preserving a positive corporate reputation
- Ability to identify key data sources and analyze data effectively to improve operational and margin performance or support business decisions
- Proven success in delivering margin/revenue growth in line with business strategy
