About the Role

This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to join our Talent Team and contribute to the success of our organisation. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial role in recruiting a world-class team of people who embody our values and drive business growth globally.

  • You will proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and other outreach initiatives.
  • Monitoring and reviewing applications from our job boards and website, ensuring timely responses to candidate inquiries.
  • Carry out Values Interviews to assess whether candidates align with our mission and values, and ultimately determine their suitability for the brand and role.
  • You will manage and support our social recruitment efforts on LinkedIn and update our careers page to maintain a strong employer brand.
  • Ensuring job adverts are regularly refreshed and updated to attract top talent.
  • Support hiring across the UK and internationally as we continue to grow and expand our operations.
  • You will maintain up-to-date candidate talent pools, driving candidate engagement and screening potential talent for future roles.
