Job Description:- Candidate Sourcing: Actively seek out and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media and networking events.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates and track recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies.
- Attending Networking Events: Participate in events for professional growth and networking.
- Promoting Internal Mobility: Support colleagues in exploring growth opportunities within the company.
We operate a hybrid model with 2 days a week in office, Mondays and Thursdays. This allows for in-person connection with colleagues and flexible working for our employees.
Requirements:- Agency Recruitment Experience (1-2 Years): Essential for managing candidate behavior and expectations.
- Networking (Tech): Strong skills in networking and event engagement.
- Data-Driven/Analytical: Make informed decisions to improve recruitment efficiency.
We appreciate the value of a structured interview process and do not involve AI-driven automated screening. Our recruitment process includes a one-sided video interview and final in-person interview with members of our Talent Acquisition team.
