Commercial Assistant

Flare Bright is a rapidly growing software company that specializes in developing Machine Learning & Digital Twin software for the Aerospace, Defence and Urban Air Mobility sectors. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Commercial Administrative Assistant to support our commercial and business development team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence for the business development and commercial teams.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and proofreading of commercial documents, contracts, and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales data.
- Assist in preparing regular reports for internal teams to track key commercial metrics.
- Help coordinate the internal processes for bids, proposals, and contract renewals by liaising with relevant teams and ensuring timelines are met.
- Help with general office management tasks, such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and assisting with travel arrangements for the commercial team.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within a commercial or business development environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with data entry systems.
- Highly organized, reliable, and process-oriented with excellent written and spoken English and clear communications.
- Strongly computer literate, particularly with documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and cloud drives.
