About the Role
United Living Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Property Services team as a Commercial Assistant. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Commercial team, ensuring the smooth operation of projects and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Commercial team with budget management, cost tracking, and project planning.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Prepare and process invoices, payment certificates, and pay-less notices.
- Manage project databases and ensure accurate recording of documents and reports.
- Attend regular departmental meetings and contribute to team discussions.
- Perform general office duties and assist with daily commercial tasks.
Requirements
- 5 GCSEs at grade A*-C/4-9, including English and Maths.
- Basic IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to living and breathing our company values.
- Motivation and dedication to completing the apprenticeship program.
