About the Role
United Living Group is a leading infrastructure, construction, and property services company in the UK. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Property Services team as an Apprentice Commercial Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Commercial team in managing budgets and tracking costs for construction projects.
- Liaise with Credit Control to ensure timely management of cash receipts.
- Prepare subcontract and supplier orders, and assist with the preparation of client applications for payment.
- Manage project databases to ensure accurate recording of documents and reports.
- Prepare monthly statutory reports and assist with general office duties.
- Attend regular departmental meetings and contribute to team discussions.
Requirements
- 5 GCSEs at grade A*-C/4-9, including English and Maths.
- Basic IT skills and good attention to detail.
- Commitment to live and breathe our company values.
- Motivation and dedication to successfully complete the apprenticeship programme.
