Morning Care Associate

Home Instead Oxford prioritizes providing exceptional care and support to clients in their own homes. Our mission is to empower individuals to maintain their independence, happiness, and health.
Salary InformationWe offer a competitive salary of £12.75 per hour during the week and £13.75 per hour on weekends. Additionally, you will receive paid travel time at £11.44 per hour and bank holiday pay rate of £25.50 per hour. We also provide mileage reimbursement at 35p - 45p per mile.
Job DescriptionAs a Morning Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting clients with their morning routines, including administering medication, preparing meals, and assisting with personal care. Your visits will start from 8am, and you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients are ready to face the day.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must be aged 18 or over and have a genuine desire to provide outstanding care and support. A full driving license and access to a vehicle are desired due to the nature of the role, which requires working an alternate weekend.
