Resident Care Associate

Job Description
You'll assist with daily living tasks, provide support and companionship, and help our residents maintain their independence. Every day will be different, so you'll need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations. You'll work closely with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support are delivered consistently.
About You
To join us as a Care Assistant, you'll need some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you'll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents. In return, we'll provide all the training you need to thrive in this rewarding role.
Salary & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, plus sector-leading benefits and rewards package including free training and development, access to wellbeing and support tools, and unlimited referrals with our Refer a Friend bonus scheme.
