The Ascentis Group is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Leader to drive the growth and expansion of our international markets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance our global presence.

Your key responsibilities will include building and managing relationships with international partners, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful execution of international projects and initiatives. You will also conduct market research, manage travel budgets, lead contract negotiations, and work with the Product Development and IT teams on international projects.

This role requires a strong understanding of global market trends and international business practices. You should have proven experience in international business development or a similar role, with a bachelor's degree in international business or a related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to form new business relationships and convert them into commercial opportunities.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,800 per annum, plus a comprehensive reward and recognition scheme. Benefits include up to 43 days of annual leave, access to state-of-the-art office facilities, and tailored learning and development opportunities.

You will be required to travel extensively, including frequent international trips with overnight stays. A willingness to adapt to different cultures and time zones is essential.
