As part of our exciting journey to deliver a new strategic plan focused on making the most of our three valuable assets, we are seeking a Senior System Developer to join our team.

This key role will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our Student Record System (Tribal SITS) for use by applicants, students, and staff. The successful candidate will have a critical role in shaping systems developments through prioritisation of a Student Roadmap to underpin our strategic ambitions.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent technical competence, strong networking skills, and effective engagement with staff, suppliers, and stakeholders. We offer a comprehensive set of benefits including a competitive salary of around £55,000 per annum, 35 days holiday plus bank holidays, hybrid working in line with business need, and an excellent pension scheme with 8% employer contribution.
