We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Midas Selection (Midlands) Ltd. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share in the Midlands region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including care homes, restaurants, hotels, pubs, schools, and catering outlets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including pre-qualifying potential customers and developing sales plans
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- At least one year of field-based B2B sales experience
- Commercial kitchen experience, including roles such as chef de partie, kitchen manager, pastry chef, sous chef, executive chef, head chef, or contract catering manager
- Professional catering qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain a strong referral network
