Job Title: Day and Night Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at HR-CL Limited.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Managing dining room bookings and transferring calls to relevant departments.
  • Liaising with the Secretary's office to ensure accurate information is shared.
  • Assisting members and guests with their queries and requests.
  • Maintaining equipment and stock levels, including member's writing paper and envelopes.
  • Providing door security and arranging transportation as needed.
  • Ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment, adhering to relevant legislation.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the area of responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Concierge or Hall Porter in a Private Members Club or 5* Hotel.
  • Stability in career to date.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Immaculate presentation and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Diplomatic and courteous, with the ability to handle demanding members.
Package:
  • £38,000 per annum.
  • 4 x 12-hour shifts per week, including 2 daytime and 2 night-time shifts.
  • Meals on duty.
  • Supportive and collaborative work environment.
