The salary for this permanent position is £36,657 - £41,669 per annum.
About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a senior-level occupational therapist to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert clinical guidance, developing and implementing rehabilitation programs, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Providing expert clinical guidance to junior staff members.
- Developing and implementing effective rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of clients.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress.
To be considered for this role, you will need a degree in Occupational Therapy or a similar qualification, registration with the HCPC, and significant experience working in rehabilitation settings. You should possess excellent clinical skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
