Role Description: As a member of our Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team (CNRT), you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients with complex needs. This will involve working closely with patients, families, and carers to develop and implement personalized care plans.


Key Accountabilities:
  • To assess and manage a caseload of patients with complex needs, taking into account their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • To develop and implement effective treatment plans that meet the needs of patients, involving multidisciplinary teams where necessary.
  • To lead and contribute to training and development programs, ensuring that staff receive the necessary support and guidance to deliver high-quality services.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Essential Skills:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in speech and language therapy, with expertise in neurological rehabilitation. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

They will also have a good understanding of clinical governance frameworks, including audit and research governance, as well as experience of improving and developing services and practices.

The salary for this position is approximately £38,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
