Internal Sales Manager

Würth UK is a leading industrial consumable products provider, dedicated to quality products and excellent customer service. We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Manager to join our team in Warrington.
About the RoleIn this challenging and rewarding opportunity, you will lead and manage a team of skilled sales professionals, providing direction and guidance to ensure the achievement of sales targets. You will also develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
You will be responsible for analysing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and action, and conducting monthly one-to-one meetings with the team to discuss sales figures. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver monthly sales meetings within the team.
Your goal will be to maximise sales revenue through direct marketing and telesales campaigns, while maintaining a strategic mindset with a focus on long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of skilled sales professionals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct monthly one-to-one meetings with the team
A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, as well as performance-based incentives. Opportunities for professional development and career advancement are also available.
