Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Company Secretary Admin Support to join our team. As a key member of our Group General Counsel team, you will provide administrative support to our UK-based company secretaries, covering for absences from the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing board and committee meetings, including gathering documents and loading them onto Board Intelligence.
  • Maintain statutory books and records, and take the lead on gathering documents in advance of meetings.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Company Secretary.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as tracking correspondence and ensuring all matters are being attended to.
  • Organize and maintain files and documents.
  • Assist the Company Secretary in preparing for board and committee meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Experience in an admin support role, preferably in a legal or company secretarial environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including Blueprint/Diligent, Microsoft Office, and Board Intelligence (training can be provided).
  • Ability to operate in a complex environment, liaise with multiple stakeholders, and respond to challenges promptly and effectively.
