Job Title: Head of Content Operations

This role is a key position within our Production Directorate, reporting to the Creative Director. As the Head of Content Operations, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the smooth operation of our content production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement robust project management processes to ensure efficient content delivery.
  • Continuously improve and streamline content production workflows to meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Oversee the production of all content activations, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision and the creative teams.
  • Collaborate with production teams and department leads to establish processes aligned with the Production Directorate's workflows and requirements.
  • Manage and allocate resources for creative and production teams, including creatives, designers, editors, and producers.

Essential Criteria:

  • Extensive experience in department and team management, as well as training & development.
  • Proven strategic experience in implementing efficient content production workflows for complex integrated cross-media campaigns.
  • Experience in implementing processes that have directly enhanced team efficiencies and led teams through change and transformation.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on time and resource management.
  • Excellent knowledge of budget management principles, with the ability to balance financial constraints with creative requirements.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to last-minute issues and challenges.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
