Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in operations/policy making/entertainment industry.
  • Proven experience of people management as well as managing cross-regional teams.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • Experience conceiving, coordinating, analyzing and disseminating qualitative and quantitative research projects.
  • Deep experience in exploring culture, using anthropology and semiotics methodologies and applying those insights into content quality improvement.
  • Proficiency in other EMEA languages is a plus, given the need to cooperate with stakeholders from across the region.
