Home Sales Executive Leader

Bellway Homes is a leading house builder in the UK, and we are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the North East Division.
The Job Description
This role involves managing and overseeing the sales process on site, ensuring targets and objectives are met within specified timescales and budgets, maximising profit through effective sales team management.
Main Accountabilities
- Achieve sales budgets and targets for each development.
- Support, manage, and motivate the sales team.
- Implement sales inductions and provide training, coaching, and support to aid Sales Advisors and Senior Sales Advisors development.
- Maintain site presentation to a high standard at all times.
- Agree budgets for each show home with the Head of Sales and liaise with interior designers.
- Propose sales strategies for developments or plots as required.
- Ensure each development is fully staffed and manage holiday and sickness cover.
- Ensure information is correct and plans are available for each development.
- Work within financial parameters to maximise profit.
Qualifications and Requirements
- New homes sales experience is essential.
- Management experience is desirable but not essential.
- GCSE Maths and English - Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Good administration skills.
- Works effectively to deadlines.
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Committed to diversity and inclusion.
The Working Conditions and Environment
- Willing to be flexible in day-to-day duties and hours worked.
- Ability to travel to all sales sites and divisional offices.
- Able to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
