Sales Performance Leader Position

We are looking for a Sales Performance Leader to join our team in Hinckley.

The role involves managing the Sales Executive team, ensuring they offer strong customer service and maximize sales while promoting a strong profit per unit.

Job Description:
  • Manage the Sales Executive team to achieve strong sales performance on a monthly basis.
  • Control new car stock to ensure the right vehicles for the market area.
  • Ensure all online adverts are done to company & manufacturer guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Sales Controller within the motor trade is essential.
  • Good understanding of new vehicle sales.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence.
