Sales Team Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Sales Performance Leader to join our team at FT Recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain the overall performance of the site.
- Take on general manager responsibilities during absences from site when needed.
- Manage the sales team and their performance.
- Audit deal presenter.
- Audit financial documents to ensure compliance needs are met.
- Hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- FCA accredited after training.
- Support the sales team with regards to sold units and value-added products.
Benefits:
- Uncapped commission earnings up to £60,000.
- 28 days' holiday.
- Basic salary £30,000.
