NEW HOMES SALES ADVISER OVERVIEW:
North East based, due to expansion we require an experienced property professional to lead and develop a team
Basic salary iro £28k plus realistic OTE c£45k
Do you relish selling luxury, new build properties? Are you a consummate professional with at least two years experience in the field? Can you turn your developments into buyer magnets while developing and maintaining lasting relationships? If so, and you hold the NHQB Code Certificate or are willing to obtain it, we would love to hear from you.
We currently have a number of stunning developments across the County Durham, Newcastle and Northumberland area. We work 10am-5pm Thursday to Monday, inclusive - meaning every Saturday and Sunday must be worked, you have your own transport (compulsory, mileage paid) are enthusiastic, positive, eager and take a real pride in your work, we can offer exciting careers within the business.
New Homes Sales Advisor - Day to Day Duties:
* Promptly respond to internet property enquiries
* Take pride in your show home ensuring all visitors have a positive and inspiring experience
* Manage diaries and attend on-site viewings, ensuring that required marketing materials, client information packs etc are available
* Advise clients ahead of viewings of buyer interests, give them regular feedback, especially following activity that may produce sales
* Maintain property portals to ensure correct status is shown
* Ensure that online and hard copy brochures are accurate, contribute towards creation of same
* Create market intel from within the industry
* Forecast price release guides for new homes using Excel
* Prepare and present dynamic on site launches
* Collate factual weekly and monthly reports to a high standard
* At all times be flexible regarding working hours to meet business requirements
* Please note, you MUST have your own transport that you can use for work, business mileage is paid.
* It would be highly advantageous to hold the NHQB Certificate
The successful candidate will demonstrate proven, stable sales employment history, superb written and verbal communication skills, have a passion for the property sector and some market knowledge, be able to liaise with colleagues, clients, housebuilders, mortgage advisers, solicitors and accountants effectively
