About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Front Office Team as a Nights Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including rooming, luggage delivery, and payment transactions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and culture of Cycas Hospitality.
  • Recommend local amenities, restaurants, and events to guests, enhancing their stay and promoting our hotel's services.
  • Ensure all guests have the necessary credit facilities established and handle payment transactions and billing efficiently.
  • Assist guests during their stay, handling their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities through upselling and promoting hotel services.
  • Provide accurate information about the hotel, available services, and facilities to guests.
Requirements

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4-star environment. You will be confident, proactive, and able to work under pressure while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
