We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to join our Custody and Community team. The ideal candidate will possess substantial operational experience in contract delivery, specifically within custody and/or community settings. They will also have a proven track record of leading teams of case management staff to achieve program objectives and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of positive team cultures and environments across custody and community locations.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality data input onto CATs, including daily monitoring of key performance, data integrity, and exception reports.
  • Conduct regular caseload reviews to ensure Senior Support Workers and Support Workers are working collaboratively within the South West region and with external providers across other regions to support performance outcomes.
  • Manage local use of the Participant Support Fund (PSF) spend, ensuring it meets eligibility criteria and collation of appropriate evidence and approving as eligible spend; uploading approved spend evidence onto the CATS database as appropriate.
