About the Role:

CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and sales support to clients
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring defined processes are followed
  • Have a good eye for detail, ensuring customer details are captured and recorded accurately
  • Take responsibility for managing customer information in line with GDPR
  • Experience of working with computer systems
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service and identify continuous improvement ideas

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in a sales environment
  • Sociable, helpful, and eager to provide excellent customer service to customers
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring defined processes are followed
  • A good eye for detail, ensuring customer details are captured and recorded accurately
  • Keen to take responsibility for managing customer information in line with GDPR
  • Experience of working with computer systems
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating with team members to deliver outstanding customer service and identify continuous improvement ideas

Work Environment:

The role is predominantly an office-based one, with the opportunity for hybrid working upon attaining competence in the role. Induction training is provided for a period of 6 weeks, with a mix of classroom and on-the-job training.
