Learning Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Learning Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of event delivery models and planning strategy for our global clients.
This is an onsite role based at our client's office in Central London. The successful candidate will provide strategic and consultative management to their direct regional team and global project teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage event project plans and budgets to ensure efficient planning and delivery within tight time constraints.
- Develop and implement global and regional ways of working, policies, procedures, and processes to ensure collaboration and reduce siloed behavior.
- Manage and allocate project work tasks to the wider team to achieve deadlines stipulated by the client.
- Work with other program managers to identify, resolve, and escalate risks with internal management and key customer stakeholders.
- Support the Global Learning Events Team Manager in reviewing and improving operational workflows, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Manage and develop a team as part of a shared service environment.
- Program/project management experience.
- Onsite event coordination and support.
- Exceptional communication skills, including expectation setting and providing clear, concise updates.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management.
- Ability to make appropriate financial and customer service decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills with a customer-focused approach and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/events simultaneously.
