Instructional Technology Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled LMS System Admin & Data Analyst to join our Learning Academy team at London Bridge Hospital. As an LMS System Admin & Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless user experience and efficient system operation. In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Education & Clinical Training to develop and implement learning strategies aligned with our organizational goals and objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a world-renowned healthcare provider and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
About the Role:
We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in instructional technology and a passion for delivering exceptional learning experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, implement, and maintain the LMS, including creating engaging online content, configuring system settings, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will also be responsible for collaborating with our Head of Education & Clinical Training to develop and implement learning strategies aligned with our organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the LMS, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
- Design and develop online courses, workshops, and other learning materials.
- Configure system settings, integrate new features, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate with the Head of Education & Clinical Training to develop and implement learning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A degree in instructional technology, education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in LMS administration, instructional design, and technical support.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with LMS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Salary:
