We have an opening for a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Technician to join our team. As a Desktop Support Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring all desktop systems and hardware operate efficiently.
About the Role:
- You will set up, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware peripherals.
- You will collaborate with other IT teams to support and manage IT infrastructure effectively.
- You will provide technical assistance to end-users both in person and remotely.
Benefits:
- £140 per day salary for 5 days a week in Coventry.

What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in desktop engineering, technical support, or IT troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of desktop hardware and operating systems, including Windows (MacOS and Linux are a plus).
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Knowledge of networking basics and IT infrastructure.
